Ayomikun Olugbode
Founder/CEO
Ayomikun, a seasoned development expert, champions good governance and youth empowerment in Africa. With a decade of experience, he holds a Master of Science in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid and a certificate in Non-Profit Leadership and Management (NPLM) from Lagos Business School (LBS). He is a PMDPro certified Project Manager, an alumnus of AshokaChangemakerxchange and a member of Bosch Alumni Network. His passion lies in engaging youth in governance and democratic processes.
Oluwatoyin Adejokun
Programme Coordinator
Oluwatoyin, a skilled project manager, brings over 4 years of experience in project management, reporting, and community mobilization. She excels in leadership, team collaboration, and technical skills. Her volunteering experience with organizations like ActionAid International demonstrates her commitment to social causes like tax justice, hunger eradication, and women’s safety.

Oladejo Oluwaseun
Project Assistant/Communication Officer
Oluwaseun, a passionate environmentalist, volunteers as a video content creator for TEAM ILLUMINATE, an NGO dedicated to climate action. She also volunteers with SWEEP FOUNDATION, promoting sustainability and combating plastic pollution. Her commitment earned her three awards in 2023, inspiring her ‘Green Scholars Champion Competition’ for Children’s Day 2024. She currently serves as Project Assistant and Communications Officer at Inspired Youth Network.
